1. Number of Hospitals approached for impalement in the region since last 3 year?
2. How many of these came on panel?
3. Reasons given by those who did the others not come on panel?
4. Action taken by Regional Director on the state of poor emplacement?
5. Updated list of hospitals on panel in Region.
